Delivery Terms

The delivery times we specify start from the moment of our order confirmation provided that the purchase price has been paid. The delivery period is within maximum 5 days unless a different delivery time is specified in our online shop for the respective goods.

If customer is not at the shipping address where items are to be delivered, customer shall bear additional cost if:

1) Delivery man has to wait to have items delivered to customer on reaching customers shipping address.

2) A different location other than the one specified or communicated on placing order.

3) Items are returned to the market to be delivered at a later time. Customer shall incur cost of delivery and any perishable items will not be replaced.
